To ensure every electric medical bed performs seamlessly from day one, Tysomters has standardized its pre-dispatch testing checklist across domestic warehouse facilities. Before placement into reinforced wooden crates, each motorized bed undergoes hands-on physical and electrical verification.
1. Actuator Stroke & Limit Calibration
Technicians cycle each linear actuator through full articulation ranges under power. This confirms that headrest and footrest motors extend smoothly, electronic limit switches disengage at correct stopping angles, and motor decibel levels remain well within whisper-quiet parameters.
2. Electrical Safety & Control Verification
Every control box, hand pendant, and power cord is tested for continuous electrical stability and tactile button response. Technicians verify secure terminal seating, strain-relief cable clamps, and internal circuit protection to guarantee safe, trouble-free daily operation.
3. Caster Brake & Structural Hardware Checks
The chassis inspection covers structural fastener tightness and smooth castor roll. Individual foot pedals on all four casters are engaged and released to ensure positive locking resistance, confirming the frame stays immobilized before it is packed for transit.
