Every medical bed is encased in a reinforced timber crate designed to withstand heavy lateral pressure and side impacts. The solid exterior barrier prevents direct wall punctures and shields mechanical articulation joints from shifting freight inside transit trailers.
2. Integrated Pallet Base for Forklift Safety
Each crate incorporates a heavy-duty pallet base with standard fork entry clearance. This structure ensures warehouse and freight handlers transport units mechanically using pallet jacks or forklifts, eliminating rough manual drops and keeping the bed level at every hub transfer.
3. Internal Cushioning & Electronic Isolation
